This plugin is exactly what I was looking for.
It's called a breakbeat generator, but similar plug-ins have been around for quite some time (or rather, they didn't exist recently).

And Loopmix, which was released the other day, can be said to be the masterpiece of a breakbeat generator, with its modern GUI and good visibility, random element adjustment function, and consideration of operation from a hard MIDI controller.
Not only drum'n'bass and dubstep, but also Lo-Fi system and rhythm generation can be used in a lot of ways.
There are quite a lot of presets. (And more free packs will be added later)
It currently has 1.6 GB loops and 180 presets.
I tried playing the preset.
The red button in the upper middle is Randomize.
Isn't that great?
Since you can specify which tracks are randomized and which are not, you can insert and remove sounds without destroying the base rhythm.
For example, in the example below, Kick is left unchanged and other elements are randomized to create variations.
Variations are assigned to the keyboard, so if you like them, just assign them to the keyboard and play them in order via MIDI.
