Speaking of Trap hi-hats, it can be faster or slower.

Diginoiz's HattricksIt's easy to do, but for those who don't want to spend money, I searched for a way to find it.

It's faster to see it.

It's quite troublesome to type it in by yourself, so it's easier to switch the scale of the piano roll.

Let's actually explain how to do it.

An easy way to type in a Trap hi-hat in FL Studio

First, load "Layer".

And prepare one "Sampler".

Samper settings

First, load the HiHat sample.

If the sample is for Trap useCymatics OfTrap Starter PackSize: XNUMX mL

Next, make some settings for "Sampler".

Since we will duplicate "Samper" later, we will finish the common settings first.

There are three settings.

・ Select "▲" in "Arpeggiator"
・ Set "Range" to "0"
・ Select "none" for "Chord"

After that, right-click "Samper" and repeat "Clone" three times.

I feel like this.

Layer settings

Open "Layer".

Select all "Sampler" and click "Set children" under "Layer".

I prepared a video.

Now all "Samper" sounds from "Layer".

However, as it is, everything will be together, so separate the MIDI notes that sound.

Click "Split children" under "Layering".

Now "Sampler" is assigned to the MIDI notes from "C5" to "D # 5".

Root note settings

Open "Arpeggiator".

Here, since the root note of "C5 #" to "D # 5" is still "C5", match it with the assigned MIDI note.

Simply right-click on the same key as the assigned MIDI note to change the root note.

Arpeggiator settings

After that, change the speed of "Arpeggiator" of each "Samper".

Right-click on "Time" and select "Set".

Set as follows.

・ "C5" to "4 steps"
・ "C5 #" to "2 steps"
・ "D5" to "1 steps"
・ "D5 #" is changed to "1/2 steps"

that's all.

Summary

It's a bit cumbersome to change the sample (all four need to be changed), but once you've made it, you'll be able to use it very much.
