How to replace the drum loop Kick in FL Studio XNUMX (paid edition)

I forgot to write it a little, so I added it.

Click here for the free version that you can do with FL Studio

I think the free version is practical enough, but paid plug-ins have many advantages.

This time, I will replace Kick with Slicex using an external drum machine or Kick sound source.
(You can do other than Kick)

It is like this.

The video is the flow of "after replacement"> "before replacement"> "after replacement"> "Kick change".

How to replace Kick using Slicex and Kick sound source

Then I will explain it immediately.

All you have to do is extract the timing of the Kick part from the MIDI information of Slicex and play another sound source.

Here, Big Kick is used as the sound source for Kick.

Start Slicex and load the appropriate loop.

Click the button in the red frame below to dump MIDI if necessary.
(Usually dumped when the loop is loaded)

Open the piano roll and delete all but Kick's notes.

I prepared a video.

Alt + Right-click to hear the sound.

Now that you have a Kick MIDI note, copy it and paste it into your Big Kick.
(The basic method is the same for other sound sources)

That's it!

At this rate, it is a layer.

If necessary, you can replace it by deleting the MIDI note of the original Kick part.

If the bass is squishy, you can leave it as a layer.

You can also use Slicex's Filter to cut only the bass.
(This is more natural for Hip Hop loops)

A detailed explanation of Slicex's ARTICULATOR will be written separately.

We have prepared a video here, so please refer to it.
