How to perform vocal resynthesis with Harmor in FL Studio XNUMX
I'm yosi, the caretaker of Chillout with Beats.
It may be a little hard to imagine from the title, but the point is the explanation of the following video.
When I actually try it, it looks like this.
It's not just loading into Harmor, it requires some preparation.
Preparing to load vocals into Harmor
Keep the pitch constant as a preparation for vocals.
Now prepare the vocals and load them into FL Studio.
At first, 2 or 4 bars are good. (Because there are presets)
I think it would be easier to work after first matching the master to the vocal BPM.
If there are silent parts before and after, use Edison etc. to trim.
Right-click where the waveform is displayed and click "Edit in pitch corrector".
NewTone will start in Mixer and the audio file will be loaded.
When NewTone starts Ctrl +a Select all with.
Then click C5 on the keyboard.
Now all pitches are C5.
Adjust the Center knob, Variation knob, and Trans knob on the upper right to your liking.
Setting the Center knob to maximum, the Variation knob, and the Trans knob to the minimum will fit the C5 perfectly, but if you set it too much, it will be unnatural. (I like this area)
Load vocals into Harmor
Start Harmor.
Click "Template"-> "Song synced resysthesis (2 bars)" from the preset
(Choose a preset of 2bars for 2 bars and 4bars for 4 bars)
Drag and drop from the New Tone icon below into the Harmor image window.
A vocal synth that synchronizes with this tempo? Was completed.
How to perform vocal resynthesis with Harmor in FL Studio XNUMX Summary
It's interesting ~
It's a little troublesome, but it's completely different from a vocoder, but it's nice to be able to change the pitch like a vocoder.
Next time, I will explain the parameters that change the sound and the cases other than 2 bars and 4 bars.
