Open Serum's Preset folder
From the Menu, click Show Serum Presets folder.
When the folder opens, open the "Presets" folder.
Open the Preset folder in HybridFutureBass
First, unzip it and open the folder that appears.
Open "WAV MIDI Prests".
Try opening "Serum Presets".
This is Serum's Prests.
Put Preset in the Serum folder
There is a problem here.
Presets are not divided into folders by category.
Therefore, you can know where to put it.
After all, take a look at Serum's preset folder.
The presets are divided by category.
This category is directly linked to the category when choosing a preset.
There are two main methods.
-Folder by category name of file name
Change the folder and put it in the Serum folder as it is
This method is suitable for those who do not like the hassle.
I personally recommend this.
Rename "Serum Presets" to "WAProd_Free_Hybrid_Future_Bass" etc. and put it in the "Presets" folder of Serum.
In the video below, the left side is the "Hybrid Future Bass" folder, and the right side is the Serum "Presets" folder.
The disadvantages are as follows.
As the number increases as shown below, the number of categories increases and it becomes difficult to select.
However,There is a preset browser, so you don't have to worry too much about it.
"WA-Production" has quite a few free presets for Serum, so I think it's a good idea to create a folder like "WA" and store the WA-Production presets in this folder.
Divide into folders by file name category name
To be honest, I don't really recommend it. (The reason will be described later)
If you look at the file name, you can judge which category it belongs to by the XNUMXth and XNUMXth characters.
Put this category together with the Serum Preset category.
If it is "BS", put it in "Bass".
The disadvantages are as follows.
-If the file names are the same, you need to rename them or put them in another folder.
