Kicking is easy, but snares are quite complicated.
Two sine waves are created as the main components, and white noise is used.

Preparing the sine wave
Addition of VCO-1
Right-click and enter "vco" in the search window and add "VCO-1".
Move the cursor over "VCO-1" andCtrl + D Press.
It will be duplicated.
FREQ setting
Right-click on the "FREQ" knob of one of the "VCO-1", enter "185" and press enter.
Right-click on the "FREQ" knob of the other "VCO-1", enter "349" and press enter.
This number means the frequency as it is, for example, if you enter 440, it will be the sound of A.
Add Mixer
Add a Mixer.
Right-click, enter "ut" in the search window, click Audible Instruments, and add "Utilities".

Add ADSR
Right-click and enter "adsr" in the search window to add "ADSR".
The ADSR module is added.
Add Clock and SEQ
Right-click and enter "bmp" in the search window and add "BMP Clock".

The following two have been added.
Wiring for each module
Connect as shown above.
This seems to be easier to understand, so I tried to stretch the cable tightly.
Turn on the first LED of "SEQ-16" at the timing you want to ring.
After that, you can change the tone by adjusting each volume with ADSR or Mixer.

The original article was wondering why I chose this frequency, but when I looked at the spectrum analyzer, it made sense.
The figure below shows the 808 snare that comes with FL Studio, so the frequency is different, but I think it has two peaks and is based on that frequency.
Actually, in the figure below, the first is 1Hz and the other is 168Hz, but when I tried this value, it became closer to the sound of FL Studio's 324 snare.
This means that if you want to make a similar sound for the snare, you can refer to the spectrum analyzer.
