This is yosi from Chillout with Beats.
I will explain how to use FLStudio20.
This time, I will summarize how to save a convenient template.
What is a template?
A template is a file that stores a song file created in advance in the template folder so that once it is opened, the template file will be opened at startup from the next time.
FLStudio20 has many templates in advance as shown below.
For example, the Chillout template looks like this.
Instruments such as drums, bass and pads are already loaded and assigned to each mixer.
In addition, effects are also assigned to the mixer.
This is fine, but let's create a template of your choice so that when you start it, the template you created will be loaded.
How to create a template
If you want to create your own template, first open an empty project.
Of course, you can improve the existing template and use it as your own template.
Open File-> New from template-> minimal-> empty.
Make the settings you want to load first here.
Personally, I always use "Maximus" and "Edison" for blogging, so I insert them into the master.
I want to save it now.Where to save
It is in the following folder in the folder where FLStudio20 is installed.
"Path where FL Studio 20 is installed" \ Image-Line \ Date \ FL Studio \ Projects \ Templates
If you don't know, there is a "templates" folder in the browser of FL Studio 20, so you can open it by right-clicking here and selecting "Open".
Once you know the location, go to the Path you just opened from "Save" in the menu and save it with a name of your choice.
From FLStudio20.5, you can specify the template at startup in the settings.
There are other FL Studio articles.Articles like no otherPlease take a look at it.
Summary
How is it?
Even if it is particularly difficult, you can just put it in a folder without preparing a special template file.
You can create a song from the templates provided, or you can load a synth or effect that you often use and create a customized template.
I'm happy about the degree of freedom around here.
