How to use FL Studio Make a VST switch using Patcher and Reaktor
I had an idea and it seemed a little interesting, so I tried it.
I used to switch effects with Reaktor, but I'm trying to do that effect with my favorite VST effect.
I think this was a good thing for me.
You can't do it with a single effect, and since it's VST, the variations are almost infinite.
I will explain how to do it immediately.
First, load "Patcher" into the mixer.
Load "Reaktor" and some of your favorite effects.
Open Reaktor 6 and click Patch.
Load "Sequential Switch".
Increase Reaktor Input
Click "ADD" under "Audio In" to increase "Input".
The number of inputs should be XNUMX in total if there are XNUMX effects.
Next, increase the number of Reaktor Inputs on the Patcher side.
Right-click on "Reaktor" and click "Inputs"-> "Audio"-> "Add one"
Repeat for as many plugins as you want to switch.
Open "Reaktor" and click the gear icon on the upper left
Click "Auto map inputs" in "Processing"
After that, connect the wires as shown in the figure below.
Input is stereo, but "Sequential Switch" is monaural.
Operation check
Make sure that all inputs produce sound.
I prepared a video.
In short, while muting each, manually switch the "Sequential Switch" and check if all the inputs are sounding.
You can switch the input by clicking the red frame in the figure below when "Gate" is not connected.
How to use FL Studio Summary of making a VST switch using Patcher and Reaktor
This is very nice.
Reaktor's Rack has a low threshold, and I feel various possibilities by using Patcher.
Patcher and Reaktor go pretty well together.
This time it was monaural, but it should be possible to do it in stereo, so I'd like to write an article about that as well. (If you try it a little, the timing of random will be off, so it may be difficult)
