BREADSLICER has almost no control, but it's interesting to use it as an accent.

There is a similar plugin called Livecut.

This one may have various parameters, but only 32bit.

FL Studio users should give it a try.

BREADSLICER overview and download

Overview

BREADSLICER
BreadSlicer is a random auto glitch, auto break, stutter VST plug-in effect.
Synchronized with the tempo, this plug-in takes the input audio stream live and cuts the sound into multiple slices to rearrange it in a musically meaningful way.
Swapping slices creates breaks and glitches on the loop.
You can apply a random algorithm to the reverse playback of the sound (it can be applied at any time while the effect is running).

3 parameters
– Slice enable / disable (on / off)
– Slice size (1/4 bar, 1/8 bar, 1/16 bar)
– Slice thickness (gate 0% -100)

How to use BREADSLICER

Since there are only three parameters, there is nothing special to use, so it's a tips-like story.

It looks like this when used on a drum'n'bass drum.

If you do not use automation when using it, it will be left hanging.

It will be applied randomly, so it will not be the same every time.

Therefore, I think it's a good idea to repeat rendering and adopt a loop that looks cool.

Rendering is Ctrl + Alt + c .

Rendering mutes the original track, so unmute it if you want to repeat the rendering.

Unmute is Shift + Alt + m .

Then mute the Wav output by rendering and then render.

If you repeat this, you can easily create various patterns.

I prepared a video.

Summary

BREADSLICER is simple but pretty good.

When this happens, I'm curious about INSTALOOPER 3 (84,99 €).

At this price, Sugar BytesturnadoAndEffectrix, glitch 2I think that is definitely better.

APD has been $ 19.99 in the past, so I think the aim is $ 19.99 or less.
