Overview

This is yosi from Chillout with Beats.

I almost missed it.

What a different Tides farm, Sheep, is now available on VCV Rack! !!

Did you just not notice any of them?

Well, that's good, so please listen to the sound. It's yabe.

It seems that a wave table can be used.

VCV Rack Sheep

SHEEP is another farm version of Tides.

If it is an actual machine, it requires a lot of troublesome work, but if it is software, you can change it by right-clicking.

Key Points

Changing to SHEEP changes is really easy.

Just right click and select "Sheep".

Now the contents are completely different.

It was a modulation source like an LFO, but it turned into a synth.

A. Mode switches are used to switch between three rows of waves.Green: Additive harmonics (no phase effect, little aliasing).Off: PWMish (you can add a little more alias).Red: Waves from Blade's WMAP mode.Sheep do not offer a single cycle mode. Are sheep and wavetable oscillators an Aganvenian lifestyle captured like Benedictine monks in the periodicity created by the rules?

EF The SHAPE / SLOPE knob and CV input control the X and Y coordinates of the wavemap.

9. By default, the CLOCK trigger input circulates in a sequence of three waves. Hold down the range selection button (B) until the range LED flashes for use by the range LED for sync / PLL as in Tides' original firmware (check the Clocked / PLL mode section of the manual). ).

10. The HIGH TIDE output contains a low fidelity (1 bit) version of the signal.

11. The LOW TIDE output contains a -1 octave square sub-oscillator.

12. The UNI and BI outputs contain the same signal, but the UNI oscillates between 0V and 8V. BI is -5V to + 5V.

You can enjoy it just by assigning the knob to MIDI-MAP and moving it.

Summary

This is a little serious and dangerous.

Such a cool thing is hidden in the right click ...

You won't notice it if you use it normally, VCV Rack.
