If you do not have the Free Pack installed, please refer to this article.

You can download it only with your email address.
Transition from the above Link and click "DOWNLOAD" of "User Blocks".
An email address confirmation dialog will appear. Enter your email address and click "Continue".
This should start downloading the file.
How to install User Blocks
Personally, I was addicted to the installation method.
At first I tried to put it in the same place as the Free Pack, but I did not recognize it, and when I read the Read me, it said "User Blocks folder".
The default "User Blocks folder" is the following Path. (Win)
C: \ Users \ [your account name] \ Documents \ Native Instruments \ Reaktor 6 \ Blocks \
If you have changed it, click "File"-> "Preferences ..." from Reaktor's ▼.
You can check it from "User Blocks" in the opened dialog.
Open "User Blocks folder", unzip the downloaded file, and store the entire folder.
Click the Reaktor user icon to open the Blocks hierarchy and you will see Toybox User Blocks.
