Introducing the desktop application "Samplab Desktop App" that allows you to edit Samplab's Sample like MIDI.

What is different from the plug-in version is that you can do multi-track editing.

Download
You can download it without registration, but you will be asked for your account at startup.
If you do not have an account, create one in advance.
If you can download it, install it.
There is no problem by default.
It will start automatically, so enter the email address and password you used to create your account. (Google account linkage is also possible)
Free version restrictions
There are two restrictions:
・ Monaural output
Monaural is still good, but 10 seconds is quite inconvenient.
How to use
To use it, drag and drop the sample.
Then, the following dialog will be displayed as shown below.
The key and BPM are detected fairly accurately, so if they match, do not change them.
Click "Harmonic" for instruments with pitches such as piano and guitar.
Click "Percussive" for drums, percussion, etc.
You can change the BPM, key, and length (beat count) on the next screen.
For free users, the length (beat count) can only be selected for beats of 10 seconds or less.
Change the number of beats to a nice number (8, 16, etc.) and click "Done".
The rest is almost the same as a normal DAW.
When you select it, the piano roll will be displayed, so you can edit it freely.
To display and edit two loops on top of each other Ctrl You can do this by holding down the key while selecting.
A copy of the note Ctrl Hold down and drag.
I edited it a little.
Edited loops can be dragged and dropped into your DAW.

This is amazing.
I'm having trouble with variations when using loops, but with this, I can increase the variations in a fairly natural way.
To get rid of the 10 second limit, just subscribe ($ 7.99 / month).
