How to use FL Studio Two things to try when the plug-in does not sound properly

It happens that the plug-in does not sound properly in FL Studio, the CPU load becomes high, and noise is added.

I will explain the settings to be changed in such a case.

In my personal experience, changing the following two things will usually fix it.

-Change the "Use fixed size buffers" setting
-Change the "Make bridged" setting

I will explain how to change the above two settings.

Change the "Use fixed size buffers" setting

First, try enabling the "Use fixed size buffers" setting.

This is because it can often be fixed by enabling "Use fixed size buffers" stochastically.

The most common cases are:

・ There is noise
-High CPU load

Click "Troubleshooting" from the gear icon in the upper left of the plugin.

Click "Use fixed size buffers", which is the third from the top.

The following message will be displayed. Click "Yes".

If you try and solve the problem in this state, register it in the "Plugin database" with "Use fixed size buffers" set to "On", and from the next time, "Use fixed size buffers" will be set to "On". It will be loaded.

If that doesn't work, set "Use fixed size buffers" back to "Off".

Change the "Make bridged" setting

If "Use fixed size buffers" doesn't help, try "Make bridged".

Click Processing from the gear icon in the upper left of the plugin.

Click "Make bridged".

There are quite a few cases where this will solve it, but it's not a big deal and it's worth trying.

A plugin called Marauder that was actually trying to write an introductory article worked just by setting "Make bridged" to "On".

If you do not know the countermeasures, you may not be able to use it even if you buy it.

Most plugins often work without problems by doing the above two things.
