Today we would like to introduce Blaukraut's extremely high quality virtual analog synth sound source Charlatan3.

Not only is the quality high, but the CPU load is low, so this is a synth sound source recommended for those who don't have a lot of machine power to spare.

It's a virtual analog that looks and feels like it's already been used, so if you underestimate it, you'll be surprised at the first preset.

It has little aliasing noise and is a highly recommended free synth sound source.

Go to the link above, scroll down a little, and click "Download for Windows" to start downloading.

How to install and load presets

When you unzip the downloaded file, you will find "Charlatan3.vst3", so put it in the following folder.

C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ VST3

Even if I put the "presets" folder that comes out after unzipping it into the VST3 folder, it is not recognized.

How to make presets recognized

First, start the plugin once.

Click where the preset name appears to open the preset browser.

Click the navigation menu at the bottom right of the preset browser and click "Open file browser"

Put the “presets” folder here.

Then click the navigation menu at the bottom right of the preset browser and click "Rescan"

The preset will now be recognized.
