Introducing Yuri Semenov’s classic vintage-style compression plugin YS – Tube CMP
Today we will be introducing the new comp YS – Tube CMP released by Yuri Semenov.
YS – Tube CMP supports MIDI as well as audio for external side chain input.
Sound demo
I tried playing it with XO and using a drum preset.
I tried using an external side MIDI as a trigger.
Overview
Audio plugin for dynamic processing. YS – Tube CMP is designed in classic vintage style and comes with standard features. You can choose between normal and double release processing for more balanced and accurate compression. Not only can this compressor run very cleanly, but it can also add individual even and odd harmonic saturation at the user's choice. A separately adjustable direct DRY signal allows compression to be used in parallel. Volume meter VU, LUFS, waveform display before and after processing. Compression control via external SIDECHAIN sources is possible either via audio or MIDI. Plug-in color settings can be selected according to the user's wishes.
