Overview

This is yosi from Chillout with Beats.

Patcher is really great, isn't it?

This time, I will introduce how to make a reverse delay.

First of all, please listen to what it will look like.

Develop a concept for Reverse Delay

First, formulate your own Deley concept.

There are two Delay sounds, and Delay 1 remains as it is. Delay 2 cuts the bass every time feedback is applied (High Pass) Reverse playback of Delay 2 paras to improve sound omission through IR.

I will try to make it like this.

Implementation

All plug-ins are built into FL Studio.

Delay uses two Fruity Delay 3 for.

The connection looks like this:

In-> Delay1-> Out In-> Delay2-> Grossbeat-> Fruity Convol-> Out

I will also post an image for the time being.2019 05 02 23x29 00

Summary

How is it?Probably, I don't think there is a Delay that is so easy and free to build.
(You can do more complicated things with Reaktor or Max, but it costs a lot to buy and learn.)

I tried to keep it simple this time, but for example, you can easily put out Delay 2 in para, apply saturation and chorus on one side, and raise the pitch by one octave on the other side to reverse.
(It is doubtful that the sound will be usable, but ...)

The degree of freedom is not comparable to that of a normal Delay.

Also, I haven't touched on this time, but since there is a Control Surface that controls parameters collectively, I will write about that as well.
