I think the following two points are important to get the sound that sounds like a vintage sampler.

I think that the frequency characteristics are important for the texture of the vintage sampler.
IR is required to reproduce this frequency characteristic.
If you have an old sampler, please try to get an IR yourself.
(I think it's worth trying if it's a vintage effector other than a sampler)
You can also get IR from Plugin etc. and use it.
(For example, Maschine's ENGINE mode)
A utility is provided that allows you to get an IR in most DAWs.
In the case of FL Studio, you can do it with Fruity Convolver.

I hung a vintage mic IR on the FPC drums.
The first sound that is ringing is Dry only.
The sound changes drastically depending on which IR you use, so there are innumerable variations.
Bit depth and sampling frequency (bit crusher)
Since it is a sampler, I think the points are the bit depth and sampling frequency that can be sampled.
For example, the Emu SP-1200 had a bit depth of 12 bits and a sampling frequency of 26.040 kHz.
I think this characteristic was a factor in producing a unique sound.
(In addition to this, sampling is performed at double speed and playback is performed at half speed, etc.)
There are many paid and free plugins that can change the bit depth and frequency, so you can choose which plugin to use.
