② WOW, ③ FULTTER

Wow – Low frequency delay modulation, affected by magnetic tape material
Flutter – High frequency delay modulation, affected by magnetic tape material

"WOW" and "FULTTER" have basically the same effect, but are divided into low frequency and high frequency.
