Three years after opening the blog, I write at least one article every day and what I think and my future goals

This blog turned 2 years old yesterday on 14/4! ! !

CoincidentallyPlugin BoutiqueI have the same birthday as you.

PluginBoutique is 11 years old, so I'm a senior.

But to my surprise, it lasted four years.

I am deeply grateful that I am able to continue with the support of various people.

I get bored easily, so there have been many things in the past where I stopped doing things after a year or two.

It's a continuation with support.

Thank you very much to everyone who has commented so far.

Thank you for your continued support.

Looking back on last year and goals for this year

Compared to last year, my other work has returned, so my life has become a little more stable.

Affiliates and advertisements averaged 5 per month, down slightly from last year's 6.

I analyzed that the main reason was that there were few sale articles etc. because I increased my work considerably.

Regarding PageView, thanks to you, we are steadily improving.

However, it is about 10 PV per month.

It's still a side job level, so I'm going to be devoted to being able to do it properly.

If you can increase your blog income and get more time, you will be able to write higher quality articles, so I would be grateful if you could support us.

Support is via this sitePlugin Boutique,ADSR,APD,VST BUZZ,WA productionIf you buy it at, about 10% to 15% will be my income.
(I file a tax return properly)

Last year, we set the following goals.

・ Spread the fun of DTM to many people
・ Write 10 or more reviews
・ Write at least 2 articles on hardware that makes DTM convenient
・ Introduce lesser-known developer plugins once a month
・ Site maintenance

Click here for last year's article

It is a reflection of each.

Spread the fun of DTM to many people

This is the idea behind this blog.

As an initiative, I am writing an article introducing the plug-in, keeping in mind that "even beginners can understand it".

I write how to download and how to install (Win only), so I think that even those who do not understand DTM well can install it.

Also, in order to raise awareness, Twitter has resumed, and every day at 19:XNUMX, past articles and recommended sale information are tweeted with videos.

It is like this.

Write at least 10 reviews

It was completely useless. (0 articles)

However, I decided to write an article on how to use the plug-in that wrote the sale article as much as possible, so I changed my priority.

Regarding how to use articles, I wrote 2 articles (14 types) last year (after 33/12).

The only thing that bothers me is that there are more and more people who read reviews on other blogs, make purchases, and only come to see how to use them.

I think I will read the reviews when I buy, so I'm currently wondering if it's better to write a review and whether I'll continue with the same policy in the future.

Write at least 2 articles about hardware that makes DTM useful

It was useless to have this at all. (0 articles)

I bought STREAM DECK MK.2 last year, so I was planning to write an article about it.

However, I have not been able to make effective use of the STREAM DECK yet, so I postponed it.

I will write an article about STREAM DECK this year.

Introducing plug-ins from lesser-known developers once a month

I think this was done well.

I was able to introduce various developers' free plug-ins.

I just counted and it was over 200.

I'm also posting it on Twitter, so I think I've created a form that catches the eye of as many people as possible.

I feel that this initiative has been very successful.

Because there were cases where a good plugin was not known at all.

For example, Jpcima's FM synth plug-in in the article below.

Despite being a very nice plug-in, there was no information in Japanese.

I would like this blog to continue to provide information on plug-ins like this in the future.

Site maintenance

We have set the following goals:

・ Delete unnecessary 1000 articles
・ Always keep broken links below 20

Delete 1000 unnecessary articles

More than half of the 1000 articles deemed unnecessary were necessary articles.

Currently, there were about 2,700 articles last year, but now there are about 2800 articles.

And there are 548 articles I wrote this year, so I deleted about 400 articles.

There are still unnecessary articles and obsolete articles, so I will organize this area again this year.

Always keep below 20 broken links

At the end of the year, it was 20 or less, but when I let my guard down, it increased to 100.

This will work soon.

This year's goal

・ Spread the fun of DTM to many people
・ Write more than 10 articles on how to use
・Write articles about STREAM DECK MK.2
・Introduce plug-ins from lesser-known developers at least 10 times a month
・ Site maintenance

This year's goals are similar to last year's.

Rather than a review, I would like to write articles on how to use it.
(This may change depending on the situation)

And I will also write tips-like articles on how to use the STREAM DECK MK.2 properly.
(Since it can be used in FL for the time being, I will write from that side)

I will continue to focus on searching for unexplored plug-ins and telling them.

Summary

We are entering the fifth year.

I don't know how long it will be possible, but thank you again.

We will continue to update it.

Haven't dabbled in hardware modular yet?

I bought Mutable Instruments Braids and was worried about what case to buy, but it was canceled due to financial difficulties.
I would like to reopen when I can afford it.

Hello!Long time no see. It's NM.

I'm really humbled by continuing to post daily.
This is my personal favorite site.
The articles on how to use plugins are second to none!

As yosi-san is concerned, even if it can't be helped that there are people who purchase from another affiliate site and come just to see how to use it, it's a little worrisome. If it's yosi's article, I thought it would be good to use a paid note for how to use it (I will buy the article that interests me!).I might care too much, but...

I'm rooting for you no matter what! Please take care of yourself and do your best!

I am happy to hear that.

It's a very annoying problem, but I think I'm going to continue my activities steadily.
I will also consider a paid note.
However, if you put a video in a paid note, it will be Youtube, so I think I'll proceed with preparations for that.
To tell the truth, the current video puts a load on the server, so it may not be able to withstand the increase in the number of PVs.
That's why I'm looking for other ways.

Also, if it is a paid note, there is also an operation of free release of paid notes with more than XNUMX plug-in purchasers.
I've come up with some ideas!

      Thank you, continue.

I'm sorry for saying something so arrogant...
It's best for yosi to continue comfortably!

If you don't mind, I would be happy if you could tell me about yosi's work environment and equipment this year!
        Please consider it.

No, I think that the act of “searching” will change fundamentally in the future, so I don’t know how long the form of blogging will survive.
So I have to make a lot of preparations.

If you don't mind, I would be happy if you could tell me about yosi's work environment and equipment this year!
          Please consider it.

          The working environment is simple.
I/O related is ApolloTwin and Volt.
          The monitor is iLoud Micro.
I feel like I use different plug-ins every month because I write blogs.
There are a lot of sound sources by UVI these days.
          I especially like Soul Drums.
As for other drum sound sources, Loopmmix, Playbeat 3, and XO are frequently used.

I often use free effects from time to time.
Sonicrusher and Kilohearts plug-ins are paid levels.
I also use Ozone10 and TEOTE a lot.

Sorry for the not very useful information.

            Hello.thank you for your reply.
The monitor is iloud micro!I think this would be good if I were to introduce it, but since I'm a living room DTM, I can't keep it forever. Why do I use headphones, but I'm worried about the effect on my ears if I work for a long time.I think I'd like to put a monitor if I have a little extra time in my daily life.

          • yosi Than:

            NM

iloud micro is good, so i recommend it.
It's small enough to carry around, and it makes a louder sound than it looks.
Also Bluetooth connection is very convenient.

  3. Minazuki Than:

    Congratulations on the 4th anniversary!

I think it's really hard to continue, and it's a respect to continue for 4 years...
Personally, I think it's very good that the easy-to-use and hard-to-use parts of the product are written!

I would like to always have fun looking at them while making purchases, and I would like to support them from behind the scenes.

      Minazuki-san

      thank you for your comment.

I think it's really hard to continue, and it's a respect to continue for 4 years...

I was surprised when I saw the words 4 years.
Thanks to a lot of people.

Personally, I think it's very good that the easy-to-use and hard-to-use parts of the product are written!

I'm trying to write the parts that are easy to use and the parts that are hard to use, so I'm glad it arrived properly.
I will keep it in mind and let you know.

      Thank you for your support.
