Overview

The ADSR envelope generator is a time-controlled series of events at the gate output that outputs the time variation of the voltage output. The different phases represent the phases of the acoustic sound described in the Attack, Decay, Sustain, and Release phases. The attack phase is the swelling phase from zero to the maximum value of the envelope. The decay phase is the subsequent fall time until the sustain level is met.The release stage is the end time
The period that marks the time it takes for the key (or gate voltage) to be released and the envelope to reach zero again.end point.

parameter

A (Attack):This knob sets the attack time of the envelope.

D (Decay): This knob sets the decay time of the envelope.

S (Sustain): This knob sets the sustain level of the envelope.

R (Release): This knob sets the release time of the envelope.

input

How to use Doepfer A140 ADSR

I've used VCV RACK and Voltage Modular for normal usage so far, so this time I made Kick.

I made it with VCV RACK in the past, but it's completely different.

Click here for the article at that time

I put the sine wave of VOC into VCF and put it into saturation from VCO.

Separately from this, the compression is applied on the FL Studio side.

I will post the image for the time being.

Explanation summary of Doepfer A140 ADSR Envelope Generator

After all, the oscillator is thick and the effect of ADSR is also good, which is amazing.

The sound of Kick is also incomparable to VCV RACK.
