Voltage control through limiter AKA Lag Processor
A through limiter is a device that smoothes the input signal and limits the maximum rate of change of the output voltage over time.
It is widely used in pitch CVs to get portamento, but it is very useful for converting gate signals into basic envelopes.
This module has independent time controls for rising and falling voltages, each with its own CV.
It doesn't make sense, but it's different from the limiters you often hear in DTM.
I didn't have a PDF manual, so I looked it up.
VC SLEW LIMITER can be used to get portamento.
I took a video.
You can see how the CV changes through the VC SLEW LIMITER as a trigger.
Think of this movement as portamento.Since the pitch draws this curve, the degree of portamento will change depending on whether the pitch changes quickly or slowly depending on how the curve bends.
The front is when the pitch goes up and the back is when the pitch goes down.
I recorded it with sound.
