[50% OFF] Goliath of Tone-Empire is holding a V2 update sale (until 1/10)

My personal favorite channel strip? Goliath is an update.
(Honestly, it's not an update, it's a different thing)

What happened for a moment?

It's completely different.

The saturation is very good, but I feel that the overall balance is out of order.

First, the Input knob is gone.

Therefore, it is necessary to change the Gain input to the comp in the previous stage.

Also, the entire Mix knob is gone.
(Mix of Env and EQ in the lower middle)

I don't think this area is broken, but ...
(And the knob is too big, isn't it?)

V1 had an I / O section, so I was free to control that area.

Also, as was the case with Model 5000, it crashes when oversampling is enabled in FL Studio. (I'm guessing, but I think the developers have changed.)

Apgre is $ 19.

I think it's a different thing to buy for saturator purposes.

Overview

New features

The best-selling Goliath is back with a new GUI with a sound engine and new features.
Four Saturation models have been added to this plug-in: Alloy, Tube, Tape, and Vinyl with Drive. It also uses an advanced DSP model with proprietary "multi-convolution" and component modeling technology to simulate the "real" hardware chain of analog gear.In addition, this plug-in has a full FET compressor, 4-band EQ, and low-cut filter in the envelope section.
With these engines, the Goliath V2 is a channel strip with great sound and versatile sound processing.
If you like the “goodness” of vintage analogs, Goliath V2 is a plugin for you.

Analog-modeled processing chain section

We use our unique “multi-convolution” and component modeling techniques to hit different levels of gear with multiple samples to develop a fantastic and realistic analog chain.
Therefore, you can actually get the “real” sound of the gear.

The signal chain of Goliath V2 is as follows.
Low-cut EQ-> Analog processing selector (4 choices)
-> ENVELOPE section → EQ section.

ALLOY

An analog processing chain featuring the "British 1081" featuring nickel, iron and steel transformers.
You can enjoy that clean and silky analog processing.

TUBE

The tube chain models a modern / classic valve processing chain with an AIR circuit.Immediately deliver a pleasing sound that brings secondary harmonics to your material.

TAPE

Here, I use the ATR-700 Tape Recorder at 15ips to capture the warmth and compression of the tape.Immediately you can hear your transients being “warmed” and get a third-order harmonic saturation.

VINYL

It features multiple IRs sampled from a dubplate with an analog mastering chain heading to the Neumann vinyl cutting machine.
Finally, make your record sound like a “record”!

Other features

DRIVE control: This control allows you to "drive" an analog chain selected for each saturation characteristic. The levels don't change, so you don't have to reach for output control over and over again.
With a light touch of the analog chain, you can hit the signal hard to get a fully driven saturation. You control our sound

Env-EQ MIX: Dial back the amount of Envelope and EQ by parallel mixing the signal from the analog chain before the Env-EQ section. It acts as a dry / wet control for the ENV-EQ.

OUTPUT control: Controls the gain of the final output of the process in the range of -inf to +10 DB.This is useful when you want to compress a lot and boost the signal at the end, or when you want to cut back the level.

ENVELOPE SECTION

ON / OFF switch:Turns on or bypasses the envelope section.

The envelope section features a 1176-style FET compressor with fixed threshold and ratio, attack time, and release time controls.Attacks, releases and ratios have been carefully selected to apply to a variety of materials.Whether it's drums, piano or vocals, you can throw anything at this compressor for light control or aggressive gripping of the sound.

Threshold: Controls the threshold for the envelope to start moving.

ア タ ッ ク: (Pre-programmed fixed attack time from Attack Fast to Slow.

release: (Programmatically fixes the release time from Release Fast to Slow.

ratio: (Ratio 2: 1 to “ALL Buttons In” (smashing ratio) fixed ratio.

EQ SECTION

ON / OFF switch: Select whether to enable or bypass the EQ section.

This section uses a 3-band EQ and a low-cut filter.
Low-cut filter: First-order low-cut filter from 20Hz to 60Hz.

Low EQ: A peak filter Eq set to 65 Hz boosts or cuts low frequencies with +/- 10 DB.

Mid EQ: A peak filter Eq set to 1.5KHz to boost or cut the midrange with +/- 10 DB.

High EQ: Eq of the peak filter set to 15 kHz.
