AudioModern has released a new free plugin, Panflow.

Unlike "Gatelab" etc., "Panflow" can now express modulation by curves instead of steps.
Both have advantages and disadvantages, so it is preferable to be able to use both.
What's great is that you can do MIDI out.
I don't think there are many products that can MIDI out curves for free.
FL Studio users can't use MIDI out with Flux Mini2 (VST3), so it's a good idea to use "Panflow" (VST2) instead.

Installation
When you download and unzip it, it is divided into Mac and Win folders, so start the installer of the target OS and install it.
Since it is an installer, if you install it without worrying about it, VST3 will recognize it, so I think there is no problem.
However,If you want to use MIDI out in FL Studio, just VST2You should install it.
MIDI Out does not work in FL Studio for VST3 version.
