Introducing Azimuth, a virtual analog and wavetable hybrid synthesizer that you can't believe is free
New developer today Introducing Azimuth, a virtual analog and wavetable hybrid synth sound source released by The Synth Factory.
I've used it for a while and it's really good.
The load isn't that high, and just moving the XY pad will change the sound of the edit, so even those who don't understand synth editing can enjoy the feeling of editing.
Sound demo
I tried playing the preset.
I edited it a little.
Overview
- 6-voice VA/WT synth
- XY pad for flexible sound design
- 4 Master FXs
- Multimode Filter & LFO
- 8 unison engines for each voice
- Clear and clean layout
- Azimuth is a VA/WT synth that lets you quickly recall the sounds you need, and its flexible layout allows for easy changes on the fly.
- You can edit more quickly. Combining VA (virtual analog) synthesis with WT (wavetables), through various user-controlled LFOs and envelopes, and finally hitting the master FX section for enlightening results.

After decompression, the Win and Mac installers are further compressed, so decompress them.
When you unzip and run the installer, you will be asked whether to install or uninstall, so click "INSTALL"
Since the license agreement is displayed, scroll to the first and click "Accept"
You will be asked for the VST3 Path, but just click "ACCEPT".
Open the location of the data folder (the folder containing the installer) from "BROWSE" and specify it.
When the installation is successful, the following screen will be displayed, so click "CLOSE".
This completes the installation.
Summary
It's a great synth sound.
I think it's a new developer, but I'm surprised that the first release is already of this quality.
I'm really looking forward to your future activities.
