Introducing the legacy plugin SuperWave P8 (Win only)

I think there are people who feel nostalgic.

It suddenly became famous because it sounds like SuperSaw for free.

Listening to it now, I can't even say it sounds good, but the JP8000-like GUI is fun to play with.

So rather than recommending it, it's for those who used it in the past to enjoy it.

The only thing that surprised me was that it supports RPN, NPRN, and SYSEX in addition to MIDI CC, which is a sign of the times.

Installation

Because it is VST2, the Path differs depending on the person.

Also note that the default is x86 Path.

Most VST2 folders are one of the following:

How to load banks in FL Studio

After unzipping the preset bank you downloaded earlier, click the gear icon on the upper left of P8 and click "Load" in "Presets".

After that, you can load the preset bank by selecting the downloaded file.

Summary

For better or worse, it's a cheap sound from the early days of soft synths.

Surprisingly old software synths that support 64bit are rare, so it may come in handy for some people.

The feeling of Filter is quite similar to JP8000, and it became like this.
