Ring of Saturn is a ring modulator plug-in, but you can get a little strange effect.
I feel that it can be used for Lo-Fi.
The pitch becomes unstable and distortion like a bit crusher is obtained.

The bottom left is actually an XY pad, and is it spread to the left and right?seems to change.

Installation
Installation comes with an installer, so in conclusiondefault is ok.
The following path is displayed as the default installation destination, but it will enter VST3 properly.
C: \ Program Files \ Common Files
Conversely, if you specify the VST3 Path, a VST3 folder will be created inside the VST3 folder.
Summary
It's a plug-in that doesn't look like a ring modulator in a good way.
If you like Lo-Fi, I think it's a plug-in you want to have.
