Concept

This is yosi from Chillout with Beats.

For the time being, Native Instruments' MaschineTruTrials I will go deeper and accumulate ideas.TruTrials The video is only a few minutes short, so it's good to use it as a reference, but for Maschine beginners, it's only in English, so I think it's a little difficult. (I also looked back many times, and I wondered if I would do this many times ...) After thatTruTrialsI will try using this method in my own way, make trial and error, and record the results on my blog.

Since I bought Maschine Jam, I will also write articles about truthbooks using Maschine Jam.

MORPHING OVERSEAS

First of all, please watch the video as usual.

The point is morphing using the snapshot function.
However, unlike morphing of images etc., I think it means that patch 1 to patch 2 will change smoothly.

What's the difference between morphing and automation? You may think that, but you can think of it as a completely different thing.

I even thought it was worth buying Maschine Jam.

It's suitable for live performances, but I think it can be used for ideas and songs.

The procedure is as follows.

  1. Open Lock Page
  2. Save Snapshot
  3. Tweak Macos
  4. Save Snapshot
  5. Activate Morphing
  6. Morph Macros

I suddenly stumbled because there was no explanation of the previous stage.

First, as a preliminary preparation, you need to think about what you want to morph.

I think the easiest to understand is the filter.

So, first insert the filter into the target you want to morph.

Then take snapshots before and after the change.

It looks like this if it is simple.

I made a snapshot by changing the filter and resonance.

Result

Most snapshots can be changed with the touch of a button.

In addition, you can set how long it takes to change the sound as shown below.

It can be changed from 1/2 to 16 Bars.

This riff was created on FM8, but its parameters etc. were changed in real time with snapshots and internally recorded with Maschine.

This is so funny that you can do it forever.

If you have Maschine, you should buy Jam.
