Overview
Finally, we released FetSnap.However, some users really loved the "saturated" character and wanted a saturator version of FetSnap.
As you know, FetSnap is a modified version of the famous FET Compressor to improve the transient response.
So I modified the circuit.I tried the "COMPRESS OR OFF" version of the original unit.
In the original unit, the side chain can be closed and used as a line amplifier / driver.
Now you can use FetDrive as a saturator with additional tones and blending features.
This is FetDrive.
– Drive: Raises the input level (with gain correction) and saturates the signal.By expanding the input range, the feeling of driving will increase.
– Tone: Tones shape the source before the drive section.In other words, Pre-Tone Control.This allows you to decide which frequency band to saturate.
Mix: Blends dry and wet signals.
Output: The final output stage after the MIX knob.
Fet Symbol: Regular bypass.
