However, there is no VST3 and GUI resizing.

Also, I found out that there is a skin, so I also explain the download location and how to apply it.
(Skin is for Win only)

It's not a one-click method, it's a little troublesome using the app, but it's easier to see, so it's recommended.

Installation

When you unzip the downloaded file, the 64bit VST2 file "Limiter6-x64.dll" is included, so put it in the VST2 folder.

Most VST2 folders are one of the following:

How to apply skin

Skins are applied using a separate application called "ResourceHacker".

Go to the link above and click "Download".

After downloading, extract it and run "ResourceHacker.exe".

Drag and drop "Limiter6-x64.dll" to "ResourceHacker".

Click "Add from a Resource file" from the "Action" menu.

Open "Images.res" that appears when you unzip the skin data downloaded with KVR.

The "Import Resources..." dialog will be displayed, so select the "Overwrite" radio button.

Check the "PNG" checkbox and click "Import"

Delete the backup file "Limiter6_original.dll" in the same folder.
(Because the original file can be downloaded, there is no point in keeping it.)

Applying the skin is now complete.
