How to use Pure Data How to load Patch

I'm yosi, the caretaker of Chillout with Beats.

First, let's load the patch.

A good amount of Patch is included from the beginning.

Let's try a patch that makes a sound because it is a good idea.

If it is installed by default, it is the following folder.

C: \ Program Files \ Pd \ bin \ doc \ 3.audio.examples

Open the above Path by selecting "File"-> "Open" from the menu.

Let's open "A01.sinewave.pd".

The following screen will be displayed.

Click "ON" in the red frame in the above figure.

I think this will make a sine wave sound.

If it does not appear, try again from the audio settings.

The sound is produced by the following three boxes.

In synth terms, OSC (oscillator), VCA (amplitude), and OUT (output) are from the top.

Since it's 440Hz, I'm just playing A in monaural at a volume of 0.05.

For example, to play 880Hz, press Ctrl + E to enter edit mode.

When in edit mode, "edit" is displayed in the title bar.

After that, try changing "440" in "osc ~ 440" to "880".

I applied a GIF movie.

Next, let's open "A02.amplitude.pd".

This uses "dbtorms" which converts numbers to dB so that the volume can be specified in dB.

And since it is output to both channels at the last Out, sound will be heard from both speakers.

Drag "set amplitude here in dB" to change the volume in dB.

How to use Pure Data Summary of how to load Patch

If you can read the patch, you can make some sound even if you don't know.

Please load various patches.

There is also a patch that normally sounds a random sequence or a patch that reads a sample and sounds it randomly, so I feel that various things can be done.

I will write a usage article after getting a little more information.
