Get Gate
The problem is that FL Studio doesn't have a Gate, so I'll substitute a free Gate for this.
(I feel like I can make a Gate if I do my best, but I will stop it)

Connect "From FL Studio"-> "Fruty Parametric EQ 2-"-> "DC Gate".
Connect "From FL Studio"-> "Fruty PanOMatic"-> "To FL Studio".
Parameter
Next, connect the parameters.
Right-click on "Fruty Peak Controller" and click "Outputs"-> "Controllers"-> "2. Peak"
Then right-click on "PanO Matic" and click "Inputs"-> "Parameters"-> "2. Volume".
How the Gate moves with frequency
Use the EQ to remove frequencies other than those you want the Gate to react to.
The example below is quite extreme, but you can also set it to respond only to treble.
Next, set Threshold, Attack, and Hold in "DC Gate".
The Volume of "PanO Matic" is controlled by the Peak part of "Fruty Peak Controller".
