Overview

This is yosi from Chillout with Beats.

I would like to control the Performance Mode of FL Studio from Maschine.

It was implemented a long time ago, but it doesn't seem to be well recognized.

Basically it has not been updated, so I wonder if it is treated as a legacy in terms of ImageLine.

It's hard to understand even if I explain it in words, so I'll post an official demo.

It was implemented around FL11 lol

Maschine settings

First, you need to set it on the Maschine side.

Open the Controller Editor.

If you haven't installed it, install it from Native Access.

Then load the FL Studio template.
Select FL Studio from Factory Templates.

Now you are ready.

Open Maschine Performance Templates in FL Studio

Start FL Studio.

Open "New from template"-> "Performance"-> "MASCHINE" from the menu.2019 03 12 13x12 28

When the template is loaded, the screen below will be displayed.

Now the sound is assigned to the four pads and will be played with Maschine's "Play" button.

Hit the pad to play the pattern.

Summary

How is it?It may be a feature that no one who has recently started using FL Studio knows.

It's fun to play a little.

It seems that each button is also assigned a function, so if you feel like it, let's dig a little deeper.
