Introducing Dixon's Zither, sampling rare toy instruments from Dixonbeats

Today I would like to introduce Dixon's Zither released by Dixonbeats.

Zither is a toy musical instrument with 12 strings.

This toy instrument is made by a Japanese company called Zippy Zither.

It's a strange feeling to have an instrument and a company name that even Japanese people don't know at all.

It sounds like it could be used for Hiphop, Trap, etc.

I changed the preset and played it.

Zither started off as an eBay purchase.It was relatively inexpensive, but I thought it would be great to have free access.

4 presets
Dixon's Zither comes with 4 presets.

natural.It is a normal Zither performance.

Dark: A dark/sinister sound.

Pad Granular-like sound.

Reverse Sounds great and will give your productions a unique direction.

Follow the link above and click "ADD TO CART".

Click "CHECK OUT" at the bottom right of the screen.

If you already have an account, enter your username and password to log in.

If you do not have an account, click "Create account".

Enter your name, email address and password and click "Create".

After creating an account, the cart icon in the upper right corner?Click.

Click "CHECK OUT" in the lower right.

Enter "Postal code" postal code, "Prefecture" prefecture, "City" municipality, "Address" address and click "Continue to payment".

If you check "Save my information...", you can skip filling it next time.

Click "Complete order".

After a few moments a download link will appear.

When you click “DixonBeats – Zither…”, the screen will transition and you will be asked for consent, so click “I accept”.

As an external file download service, you must agree to cookies and terms of use.

Then click "I agree".

Then click "Download" to start the download.

Installation

When you unzip it, you will find the plug-in files and tone data.

For Win, VST2 and VST3 are in the "Win vst files" folder.

Most people will be fine with VST3.

Put "Zither.vst3" and "Zither.instruments" folders in the "win vst files" folder into the following VST3 folder to complete the installation. (No other files or folders are needed)

C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ VST3

It's not easy to use, but I think this wet sound is unique.
