I think it's really rare to say that you limit the number of licenses with a sample pack.
(Actually, I've been watching the trend for about two years, but I have never said that it will be resold.)
I think that the quality is excellent every time it is sold out by selling many times in this way.
There are many cases where the sample packs that are actually distributed free of charge can be used more than the paid ones of other companies.
