Things to prepare

A container that holds about 1 liter of liquid
Ideally, glass should be used for a long time without smelling.
However, it is OK with a plastic container from a 100-yen shop.
(I myself am a plastic container from a 100-yen shop, but I don't mind the smell.)
If you have a 1L container in your house, that's perfectly fine.
Medium to coarsely ground good quality coffee beans
Choose one that is medium to coarse and has good quality to some extent.
With cheap coffee beans, cold brew coffee has a direct taste, so to be clear, it's worse than drinking hot. (Egumi comes out)
Personally, I usually buy the following beans in bulk at the time of sale because of the balance between price and quality.

Natural water from the Alps and alkaline ionized water are cheap and recommended.
How to make cold brew coffee
I always make 500cc, but please adjust the amount accordingly.
Simply XNUMX cup of coffee and XNUMX water.
Put 50g of coffee in the container and pour 500cc of water.
After adding water, it looks like the following.
As time goes by, the water will soak in without permission, so it's okay to put it in properly.
