Mix & Match module

Loom II offers up to 512 harmonic partials per patch and uses an intuitive modular design to create complex sounds quickly and easily.Each of the 34 editable modules performs a specific sonic task, including octavers, second tones, moving filters, noise, linear lowpass and modulators. The Loom II framework provides a set of cells that can combine up to 10 modules with each other to generate an additive synthesis patch.Each module contains task-specific parameters for fine-grained, individual control of the patch.For real-time visual feedback on the sound, each module has a spectrum window that visually shows how that module is affecting each harmonic of the sound.

Loom II's Morph Pad is a powerful tool for adding dynamics and movement to your patches. Loom II lets you quickly create up to four sound variations with a compact control knob, each assigned to a different quadrant of Morph Pad.Point, click, and drag anywhere on the Morph Pad to create a morph path.As the sound moves along this patch, you'll hear it morph in real time between four variations.This morph can be free-form or set to sync to a specific musical unit (4 bar, 4 bars, etc.).Additionally, each segment of the morph path can be synchronized individually. Loom II extends the acclaimed Morph Pad by allowing you to save and restore individual points/paths.Also added is a new X-Axis mode that behaves like an envelope, perfect for rhythmic morph patterns.Snap/grid is also available in this new mode.Additionally, you can now use parameters that are not linked to morphs to expand your creativity.

Three low frequency oscillators (LFOs) add extra modulation to your transitions.A tempo-synced LFO blends with the DAW's native song tempo to add complexity to your transitions. The second LFO is free-running and does not relate to native tempo. A third Pumper effect modulates the synthesis with the dynamics control in tandem with the track's tempo.This pulsating effect adds punch and movement to your transitions, and features various time divisions and depth controls so you can match or accent your tracks.
