Introducing Loop Track, a drum sound source that also provides MIDI patterns
Today we will also be introducing drum sound sources.
It's quite continuous, but this time it's a drum sound source with more sounds than electric.
You can also download over 200 MIDI files.
Does Loop Track have one preset, unlike general drum sound sources? There are multiple kits stored inside.
Standards such as GS are almost ignored.
Instead, if you play the MIDI file that can be downloaded together, the corresponding kit will sound, so it will be exactly as the creator intended.
Sound demo
I tried playing it using a MIDI pattern that can be downloaded from the official website.

Unzip the downloaded file and run the installer "LoopTrack_WIN_Setup_v1_0_0.exe".
Win comes with VST3, so you can install it by default.
Launch LOOP TRACK from your DAW.
Click Install Samples.
Select "LOOP TRACK_1_0_0_Samples.hr1" in the unzipped folder.
You will be asked the folder in which you want to extract the samples, so if you have a folder for the library, it is a good idea to create a folder there and specify it.
If you haven't decided yet, it's a good idea to create a folder with an appropriate name in VST3 and put it there.
A confirmation dialog like the one below will be displayed, so click "OK".
Then restart the plugin and it will start.
Download additional MIDI files

The link above is the target, and the link below is the upload.
After downloading, unzip it.
You can then drag and drop it into your DAW.
Summary
It's great that they also distribute MIDI files of the patterns.
However, since they are not compatible, I think that if you use them, you will need to make a lot of modifications.
That's a shame, but it would be nice to have multiple kits in one preset.
It is easy to use, and sounds can be used across different kits, so there is less effort on the part of the user.
However, the current situation is that there is only one preset, and if there are multiple presets, the link with the MIDI file will be broken.
