I found it by chance while doing some research.

This is a pretty feature-rich EQ for a freebie.

There are many types of filters, all 11 types including All Pass are equipped with 6 bands.

The sound is also smooth when sweeping the frequencies.

It's a shame that you can't adjust Q on the graph.

Also, there is movement around the Nyquist frequency that is common in free EQs.

Frequalizer is a 6-band EQ with built-in analyzer. Features a frequency response plot and 6 filters. You can choose from various types of filters, including shelf filters, peak filters, and notch filters. There are shortcuts to solo each filter, activate each filter, and deactivate each filter.

Spec.
Frequalizer features 11 frequency bands with 6 filter types including peak, notch, shelving, highpass, and lowpass. Each band can be turned on and off individually and can also be switched to solo mode, which disables other bands.

Frequalizer has an analyzer function that displays the frequency of the signal before it enters the filter and as it exits the filter.

Frequalizer works on Mac OSX 10.11 or later. Supported:

AU hosts such as Logic, Ableton, Audition, etc.

AAX ProTools 10 or higher.
