Introducing the plug-in NeuralNote that can convert Dr. Audio audio to MIDI

I thought I wrote it, but I didn't.

When I looked at my history, I saw that I had downloaded it on May 5th, but I had forgotten about it...

Although NeuralNote can convert audio to MIDI with a fairly good system, garbage data is often mixed in as a byproduct.

This gets in the way when creating data by copying by ear, but when you use MIDI data containing this garbage for creative work, unexpected randomness is created.

I tried converting audio to MIDI using NeuralNote.

First, play the original audio, then import the Wav data into NeuralNote by dragging and dropping.

Then MIDIPigmentsDrag and drop to play.

By adding a little delay, you can create a unique rhythm that would be difficult to create.

Overview

NeuralNote is an audio plugin that brings state-of-the-art audio to MIDI conversion to your favorite digital audio workstation:

Compatible with instruments of all tones (including vocals).
Supports polyphonic transcription
Supports pitch bend detection
Lightweight and extremely fast transcription
You can adjust parameters while listening to the transcription.
Scale and time quantize transcribed MIDI directly within the plug-in.
NeuralNote comes as a simple AudioFX plugin (VST3/AU/Standalone app) that you apply to the tracks you want to transcribe.

The workflow is very simple:

Collect audio:
Click Record. You can use it both when actually recording and when playing tracks in your DAW.
Or drop your audio file into the plugin. (Supports .wav, .aiff, .flac, .mp3, .ogg (vorbis)).
The MIDI transcription will instantly appear in the Piano Roll section.
Click the play button to listen to the results:
You can play with different settings and adjust the transcription while listening.
Adjust the levels of the source audio and synthesized transcription separately.
Once you're satisfied, you can export your MIDI transcription by simply dragging and dropping it from the plugin onto your MIDI track.

Win users can download "NeuralNote_VST3_Windows.zip".

Installation

Once unzipped, put the "NeuralNote.vst3" folder as is in the path below.

C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ VST3

This completes the installation.

It will be recognized as an effect by the DAW.
