CherryAudio has released the OBERHEIM SEM emulator Synthesizer Expander Module ($29).
And it's free for a limited time.
The only drawback is that it's a monosynth.
Since it can only produce single notes, it is mainly used for lead or bass.

The Synthesizer Expander module is Cherry Audio's free emulation of the classic Oberheim® self-contained synthesizer module of the same name.The Synthesizer Expander module is a simple and rustic monosynth, but it has a unique tone thanks to its 12 dB/octave state-variable filter.This flexible filter, with lowpass, bandpass, highpass, and notch modes, was the star of the show.We recreated this filter precisely with a filter section and Phasor effect programmed by award-winning synth designer Mark Burton (MRB).
