Tape type
Wavesfactory has modeled the four cassette types available.Each provides different acoustic characteristics.
- I: It was the standard and most compatible tape format.It features an iron oxide coating (Fe2O3). It first appeared in the 1960s.
- II: Chromium dioxide (CrO1970) formulations were introduced during the Cr light period of the 2s, with a clear increase in radiofrequency response.
- III: Ferrochrome (FeCr), who lived for a short period from the mid-70s to the early 80s, never entered the golden age.
- IV:Metal products appeared at the end of the 70's.It features more solid bass and higher frequencies.
Precautions for FL users
