By far the lowest price.

I highly recommend it.

UAD's plug-in Lexicon 224 Digital Reverb is on sale.

After all, it is a nice place to work without hardware.

Most of what I use in my recent sound demosLexicon 224 Digital Reverb.

Built using the same code as the original hardware, it features 8 reverb types and 1 chorus.

I really like the feeling of being dense but not overly assertive.

Sound demo

All presets are assumed to be used in Send, so they are in a Wet 100% state.

Please refer to this article for how to use Send in FL Studio.

I tried playing the preset with 100% Send amount. (half dry, half wet)

Presets are separated by tags for ease of use.

Presets created by artists* are also included.

There is also a switch called "IMMED", which allows you to switch the Program (8 reverb types) without changing the parameter value.

In short, it is like a Lock function.

I changed it while playing the sound of the synth.

At first, "IMMED" is OFF and "Program" is changed, and you can see that the parameters are also changed together.

After that, I turned on "IMMED" and selected each "Program" to check the difference in sound.

You can choose whether or not to make noise, just like the actual machine, but this noise varies considerably depending on each program (reverb type).

I increased the volume to make it easier to hear the noise and changed the program. (I raised it by 30dB or more, but the sound is quite small.

It's not even like white noise, it's a mixture of various sounds, and there's an indescribable noise sound.
(This seems to be usable by extracting it with this)

It's just a synth sound and a kick, isn't it nice?

First off, then on.

It's a really nice atmosphere.

Sale venue

It is on sale at PluginBoutique and PluginFox.

Other plugins are also quite cheap.

Overview

Era-defining digital reverb

Introduced in 1978, the Lexicon 224 Digital Reverb single-handedly defined the sound of an era with its tactile slider-based controller and famously rich reverb tail.

From Talking Heads' Remain In Light to U2's The Unforgettable Fire, the Lexicon 224 has become one of the most popular digital reverb units of all time. The Lexicon 1 Reverb plug-in lets you track and mix with this audio classic.

Emulation breakthrough

The Lexicon 224 plug-in uses the exact code of the original hardware's algorithms and control processors, accurately capturing all eight legendary reverb and chorus programs – the last, hard-to-find firmware for the Lexicon 8. Based on version 224. The Lexicon 4.4 plug-in also incorporates the original hardware input transformers and early AD/DA 224-bit gain stepping converters.

easy navigation

The Lexicon 224 plug-in features all the parameters of the original hardware, displayed as dedicated sliders and buttons. A Lexicon-exclusive Bass/Mid “split decay” adjustment and Crossover control set a highly tweakable reverb image, while Treble Decay rolls off high frequencies. The Depth control adjusts the distance between the sound source and reverberation, and Predelay introduces a short delay between the sound source and the onset of reverberation. Diffusion affects how quickly the density of reflections within the reverb builds up over time.

Detailed modeling

UA's exclusive System Noise control enables/disables the dynamic system noise inherent in the original Lexicon 224 hardware, removing gain steps, parameter zippering, static noise, and ensuring it's completely authentic. increase.Clicking on the "Open" letter on the right side of the display panel reveals several features such as input/output gain, pitch shift, and a "Bug Fix" mode that enables/disables past bug fixes for the Hall B and Chorus programs. Hidden controls are visible. The Lexicon 224 plug-in is the world's most authentic reproduction of a true studio classic.
