Overview of This DX7 Cartridge Does Not Exist
I did some research, so I will write a brief overview.
There are 7 parameters of DX155, and it seems that up to 8 can be aggregated by the machine learning technology called VAE.
It seems that 8 parameters are generated by randomly generating and mapping 155-digit numbers.

The Yamaha DX7 has a total of 155 parameters, and AI uses a machine learning model called VAE to reduce these 155 parameters to just eight.
The model randomly selects these eight numbers and maps them to the DX8's 7 parameters.
Each cartridge samples 8 sets of 32 VAE parameters and is generated together in real time.This model produces 99.9% unique audio, so the two cartridges created on this site are unlikely to be the same.

How to load the generated DX7 Cartridge

Here, we will only explain how to load DX7 Cartridge with Dexed.
There are two ways to read.
You can either load it from Load or store it in a folder and have it read automatically at startup.
How to load from "Load"
Click "CART" at the bottom left.
Click LOAD to load the ".syx" file generated by "This DX7 Cartridge Does Not Exist".
The cartridge is loaded as shown below and 32 presets can be selected.

Click SHOW DIR to open the folder that contains the cartridge.
Copy or move the ".syx" file generated by "This DX7 Cartridge Does Not Exist" here.
After restarting Dexed, the cartridge will be selectable.
Load DX7 Cartridge with Sytrus
Actually, you can read DX7 cartridges with ImageLine's Sytrus.
Therefore, the people of FL Studio also benefit from "This DX7 Cartridge Does Not Exist".
One difficulty is that changing presets is a hassle.
It's easy to read.
Click "Yamaha DX7 presets"-> "Import SYSEX" from the ▼ on the right.
The file selection dialog is displayed. Select the ".syx" file generated by "This DX7 Cartridge Does Not Exist".
Then, the presets in the cartridge will be displayed in "Yamaha DX7 presets" as shown below.
It's a hassle, but you need to change the preset from here.
Load DX8 Cartridge on FM7
Native Instruments FM8 can also be read, but it will be imported.
Click File.
Click “Import SysEx…”.
The file selection dialog is displayed. Select the ".syx" file generated by "This DX7 Cartridge Does Not Exist".
The file name is read as Bank as shown below.
It is better to keep the file name short and easy to understand before reading.
Load DX7 Cartridge with DX7 V
It can also be read by Arturia's DX 7 V.
This is also an import form.
Click the "DX 7 V" icon in the upper right and click "Import ...".
The file selection dialog is displayed. Select the ".syx" file generated by "This DX7 Cartridge Does Not Exist".
Type Imported into "Keys".
Filtered by "thisdx7_Sysex" from Bank.

I listened and compared a little.
How is it?
I haven't used the actual DX7, but since I used the Tx81z, I thought it would be close to Dexed.
Somehow, I felt that the noise part was too smooth, whether it was good or bad.
(Whether it's easy to use if it's close to the actual machine is another matter.)
Summary of trying machine learning based DX7 cartridge generator
In terms of usability, Dexed is the best.
If you put it in a folder, it will be recognized and it will be easy to delete.
