How to download Surge
Downloading is easy.
All you have to do is move from the link below and click on the installer that matches your OS.
Since it supports VST3 and AU, I think it can be used with most DAWs.

I will briefly explain where I stumbled lightly.
How to change the oscillator
Since it has various oscillators, you will want to change it.
To change it, click the lower right part of the oscillator.
It also supports WaveTable.
It seems that it is not possible to make sounds like Serum and Vital.
You can move WaveTable with "Morph".
How to change Filter
If you want to change the Filter, you can change it with the red frame in the figure below.
Two Filters are installed, and you can change the routing with "Filter Configuration".
How to set Effect
Effects have sends and inserts.
You can see the effect of the insert immediately by adding an effect, but if it is a send, it will not change unless you raise the "Send Fx Level". (Same as DAW)

How to change GUI size and skin
You can change it from "Menu" at the bottom right.
You can change it from "Zoom" and "Skins" in the menu.
