Overview
Musician and sound maker Jon Meyer created this unique hybrid instrument by blending the ascending and descending of two instruments, the violin and the handmade Native American flute. Recorded using the Neumann KM2 and Colles 84, this instrument has icy swells and attenuation, and pitched samples produce bass and sustain drones.
