You can get it without any special registration.
However, it is Win only.
One caveat is that there are multiple DLLs, but the first difference is the difference between 1bit or 32ibt and whether or not there is a GUI.
I think most people are 64bit and have a GUI.
In that case, put only one of "sn03g_x64.dll" in the VST folder.
If you put them all in, the number of files that you don't understand will increase.
