Personally, I like Overloud's Gem series the most for comps.
It's clear, smooth and really great.
I really want you to demo this and check it.
Especially recommended is the LA-2 simulation.Gem Comp LA,Gem Comp670.
Gem Comp LAWhen I hang it on the drum, it's really nice and I have LA-2 (4 types) of UAD plug-in, but I don't use it anymore.
(I have all the other major places such as Waves, NI, IK, BRA, but I don't use them at all)

The tone change when you turn the knob is smooth and natural, isn't it?
It is also equipped with a 3A version, which enables Mid-Side processing and supports oversampling.
And the CPU load is quite light.
(It was about half of BRA)
afterIt is also simple to be able to adjust the volume at the time of output, but the score is quite high.
(Other LA-2 simulations are not installed and are difficult to use)
It's expensive, but it's packed with features and sounds great.
Please try the demo version once.
I'd like you to try the demo and judge this, but for some reason I personally didn't like Gem Comp76 V2 at all.
