Newfangled Audio's delay plug-in Recirculate is on sale.
Newfangled Audio founder Dan Gillespie was originally an engineer at Eventide.
He seems to have been involved in the development of H3000 Factory and H910.
Speaking of Newfangled Audio, they are famous for their free monosynth plug-in Pendulate.

Flexible delay behavior

Recirculate has a setting called BEHAVIOR, which you can select from the dropdown.

The differences between them are as follows.
STANDARD: There are no artifacts when changing the delay time, and the SOUNDSTAGE section has a CHORUS knob with rich modulation.
PITCH WARP: Pitch warp will occur when you change the delay time. When used in conjunction with feedback and other sound shaping controls, it can create some wonderfully fun effects. Additionally, the SOUNDSTAGE section also includes a MOD control that allows for even more extreme delay modulation.
GRANULAR: Recirculate does not produce any pitch artifacts. The SOUNDSTAGE section has SPRAY and SIZE controls that control granularity and randomization.
PING PONG: Sets a PING PONG delay with repeats bouncing left and right. The SOUNDSTAGE section has a MOD control that allows for some nice delay modulation, and the XFEED knob is replaced by a PINGPAN knob that controls where in the stereo field the first repeat is panned.
