It's expensive if you look only at the total price, but it's rather cheap considering that one plug-in of this quality costs $1.

I'd like you to listen to the actual sound with a demo.

Personally, the MF-101 Lowpass Filter, MF-104 Analog Delay, and MF-108 Cluster Flux are really good.

Features

Moogerfooger comes bundled with 7+1 of the following:

MF-101 Lowpass Filter: Low pass filter
MF-102 Ring Modulator: Ring Modulator
MF-103 12-Stage Phaser: Phaser
MF-104 Analog Delay: Analog delay
MF-105 MuRF: 8-band resonant filter and envelope sequence
MF-107 Freqbox: Oscillator (VCO)
MF-108 Cluster Flux: Chorus, Flanger, Vibrato
MF-109S Saturator: Saturation

The Moogerfooger was originally released as a physical pedal effect.

It captivated not only analog synth fans, but also guitarists.

However, the sale has already ended, and it is traded at more than double the price on the used market.

And for ProToolsMoogerfooger BundleI remember feeling envious of him.

What's great about the new Moogerfooger is that you can pass modulation back and forth between each effect.

It is possible to connect like a virtual nuller.

The unique specifications around here are interesting.

Sound demo

Modulation between each effect

I connected the LFO of "MF-101S ClusterFlux" to "MF-108S Filter".

2022 12 15 23x44 54

The LFO of "MF-108S ClusterFlux" can be selected from 6 different waveforms.

2022 12 15 23x11 03

In the following video, "MF-108S ClusterFlux" uses only LFO, so the sound is only "MF-101S Filter".

At first, apply the LFO from the state where it is not applied.

After that, I change the LFO speed to change the LFO waveform.

Characteristics of each

I prepared a video of each single sound.

MF-101 Lowpass Filter: Low pass filter

It is the Lowpass Filter that can be said to be synonymous with Moog.

If you raise the resonance, it oscillates beautifully.

It also has an envelope follower, so you can move the filter with the strength of the input sound.

I changed the preset to a drum loop and played it.

It also supports sidechaining.

MF-102 Ring Modulator: Ring Modulator

A ring modulator that can also be used as a tremolo.

I played a preset with a guitar sample.

I feel that the preset is not good enough, so I changed the parameters a little and shot a video.

MF-103 12-Stage Phaser: Phaser

A phaser equipped with a 6-stage or 12-stage selectable LFO.

I tried playing a preset with a guitar loop.

A phaser tends to make the sound thinner, but it has a solid presence.

MF-104 Analog Delay: Analog delay

Equipped with analog type delay and LFO.

It has a very rich and smooth tone.

This is good.

If the MF-104 Analog Delay was sold separately for around $40, I would buy it immediately.

The options are great, there are hidden menus like delays, feedback, etc.
(Maybe it's a function that the actual machine does not have)

2022 12 16 01x55 26

Especially Tone and Feedback mode are good.

The difference is easy to understand when oscillating with feedback.

MF-105 MuRF: 8-band resonant filter and envelope sequence

This effect is like a combination of a filter and a pattern sequencer.

The editor that was also on the actual machine can be accessed from the options.

2022 12 16 02x08 29

I tried playing the preset.

MF-107 Freqbox: Oscillator (VCO)

Oscillator.

Personally, I find it difficult to use.

I thought that it would be a synth if it accepted MIDI etc., but it was not possible.

When I looked it up on Youtube, I found someone using it like a fuzz on a guitar.

I put it on a drum loop and played a preset.

MF-108 Cluster Flux: Chorus, Flanger, Vibrato

Short delay with LFO for chorus, flanger and vibrato effects.

This is so good.

When I checked the price of the actual machine, it was over 10 with a premium.

I tried playing the preset.

MF-109S Saturator: Saturation

It looks a little hard to use.

This may not be the actual machine and may be original.
(as far as I searched, I could not find the actual machine)

I can make noise (white, red) with the envelope follower, but I can't change the length of the noise.

There is no such thing as being able to set ADSR, but I wondered what it would be like for a plug-in that could not be set at all.

I put it on a drum loop and played a preset.

The Moogerfooger effects plug-ins are reinventions of Moog's classic analog effects processors, bringing the legendary tone, musicality and interconnectivity of the original hardware effects to your digital music production environment.

Designed by Bob Moog and his engineering team in the late '90s and '00s, the Moogerfooger effects processor is a direct descendant of the original Moog modular synthesizer, processing and modulating any audio source imaginable from guitars, voices and synthesizers. , adapted to play on the input. Whether it's the MF-104's rich, warm analog delay circuit, the MF-103's swirling phaser effect, or the MF-101's legendary resonant ladder low-pass filter, Moogerfoogers have made a name for themselves for their sound and modularity, and have taken the world by storm. It is now being adopted by studios and performers inside.

The seven effects faithfully reproduce the rich and characteristic timbre of the original analog circuitry and can be integrated into any digital audio workstation. With stereo capabilities and extensions, these plugins make classic Moogerfooger functionality even more tailored to modern digital creators. With the ability to automate all parameters, save and manage presets, the Moogerfooger Effects Plug-in can morph and morph along with your audio tracks.

With powerful and flexible control voltage inputs and outputs, the original Moogerfoogers collection is more than the sum of its parts, and can be combined for interrelated dynamic effects. The Moogerfooger Effects Plug-in recreates that CV interconnectivity, allowing each instance of Moogerfooger to modulate other parameters across your project in any DAW as an AUv2, VST3 or AAX plugin. Each effect captures the nuances of your signal with digital attenuators added to every CV input and sidechain functionality, enabling innovative sound design possibilities and deep control over every aspect of your sound.

The Moogerfooger effect plugins are:

MF-101 Low Pass Filter
Moog's traditional ladder filter is equipped with an envelope follower that enables dynamic control.

MF-102 Ring Modulator
It combines a wide range carrier oscillator with an LFO to create effects ranging from soft tremolo to distant ring modulation.

MF-103 12 stage phaser
A phaser equipped with an LFO that inherits the rack mount type Moog phaser of the 1970s.

MF-104 analog delay
The rich, full-bodied delay and modulation circuits are still very popular today.

MF-105 MuRF
A groundbreaking effect that combines a resonant filter bank, pattern generator, and skew envelope.

MF-107 Freqbox
A box that syncs the VCO sound with an envelope and FM modulation.

MF-108 Cluster Flux
A flexible processor capable of modulating chorus, flanging, vibrato and more.

MF-109S Saturator
The MF-109S Saturator is a new creative audio processor born out of the development of the Moogerfooger Effects Plug-ins. A key component of Moogerfooger's traditional capabilities is the input drive stage that adds warmth, distortion and crunch to any sound.

    yosi.
    Good morning. It's NM.

    moogerfooger!It's a mess, isn't it!
I already bought it just by admiring it.This year's BF is over, but I have no regrets!
The Lowpass Filter and Delay alone are fine, but I'd like to think about how to use the Ring Modulator, which I don't often pick up, referring to this article. If you actually use it on a guitar, the band will likely be fired lol.

Influenza is also likely to be popular, so please take care of yourself!

      Good morning.

      It's so good!
I think that the analog pop-like seasoning is exquisite.
It's a demo version and will expire soon.
I'm not sure if I should buy one, but I want to buy one guitar sound source this year, and I'm out of bulbs.
(It is scheduled for Ample Sound.)

Ring Modulator is difficult to use.
Certainly, if you put out such a sound in a band, you'll really get tired of it lol
I thought it would be nice to use it as a tremolo.

Influenza is also likely to be popular, so please take care of yourself!

Thank you for your kind words.
Please be careful of the flu and corona, NM.
In particular, I'm afraid of the aftereffects of corona, so it's better not to take it.
(I had a long cough and tan)
