Overview
Mastrcode Music has released "Substrate – Subharmonic Bass Booster", a free VST effect plug-in for Windows.
Substrate is an effects plug-in designed specifically for boosting bass sounds and low frequencies of musical instruments.The harmonic is generated based on the preset fundamental frequency, and the special technique which adds a harmonic to the low region of a sound is adopted.The boost control adds these overtones to the low end of the sound.Increasing the boost amount will generate and amplify more harmonics.These overtones can be mixed with the original dry sound to further "boost" the low end of the sound.

Installation
If it is an installer and VST3, there is no problem by default.
In my environment, I got the following error, but I could use it normally.
If it doesn't work, it seems to be a C ++ runtime library, so if you download it from the following site and execute it, it will work.
Summary
It's easy to use among the free base addition plugins.
It would be great if we could adjust the release etc. at all, but it's free so I can't say luxury.
However, there are many good plugin releases this year.
